Camping Rules

1) ACCESS TO THE CAMPSITE

To gain access to the campsite, every guest must have the management’s approval by presenting a valid ID or another equivalent document that is suitable for verifying their identity according to the applicable regulations (Art. 109). We accept national ID cards, passports, driving licenses, and weapons booklets, provided they bear a photo and an embossed stamp. Guests are requested to verify the accuracy of the provided data and report any errors, changes, arrivals, departures, and returns of persons/animals/cars. An ID, which must be shown upon request by the inspection authorities (and returned upon departure), and a car pass, which must be affixed to the right side of the windshield, will be issued. The entry and presence of unauthorized persons on the campsite constitutes a violation of public safety regulations, Art. 614 of the Penal Code (trespassing), Art. 633 of the Penal Code (trespassing on property and buildings), Art. 624 of the Penal Code (theft of services), and the crime of contract fraud.

2) ACCESS FOR MINORS

Minors must be accompanied and remain with their parents or other adults with parental authorization who are responsible for them. In such cases, a standard power of attorney must be provided.

3) SELECTION OF CAMPING SPOT

The camping spot within the campsite is always assigned by the management, and guests must comply with their directions. It is not permitted to change locations on your own. Guests are requested to contact the reception to improve their stay.

4) OCCUPANCY PER CAMPING SPOT

On each camping spot, setting up more than one unit and the presence of more than 4 persons (except for a single family unit) is not allowed. Each camping spot may accommodate a maximum of one car with a caravan or motorhome.

5) VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ON THE CAMPING SPOT

All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly arranged within the camping spot, ensuring that there is sufficient space between adjacent spots to allow passage, easy access to facilities, and an evacuation route in case of emergency. It is not permitted to charge electric cars at the camping spot.

It is not allowed to spread out or erect awnings, tents, canopies, or similar on the camping spot or in the garden. Sun sails and awnings are permitted!

Each camping spot must have a free area for proper parking of the vehicle, ensuring that escape routes are always kept clear. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, the camper is obliged to keep the assigned spot completely clean and tidy. The use of the grill is permitted only in such a way and under weather conditions that do not pose any danger or disturbance; it must always be positioned exclusively on the hard surface of the spot (NOT on the turf).

6) CHECK OUT

Departure must be made by 11:00. If departure occurs after 11:00, an additional day’s charge will be applied – the daily rate for the spot and persons, regardless of the arrival time. If the camping spot is booked, it is not possible to extend the stay beyond 11:00. In the event of an early departure, up to 3 days will be charged.

7) VISITORS

Visitors are allowed from 08:00 to 20:00 and only at the discretion of the reception. Visitors may enter the campsite only after presenting a valid ID at the reception and receiving a "VISITOR PASS" from the responsible staff. The visit may last a maximum of 60 minutes. After this time, visitors must pay the daily camping fee. The visitor’s vehicles may not enter the campsite and must be parked in the unmonitored external parking lot in front of the reception. The camping customer is responsible for ensuring that their guests have the management’s approval and is liable for their behavior within the campsite.

8) PETS

The presence of pets must be reported immediately upon arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs per camping spot is allowed. Pets must be equipped with a special health booklet containing the vaccinations required by Italian law. For residents of Italy, it is mandatory that their dog is microchipped. Dogs must always be kept on a leash, even when accompanying outside the campsite and during walks, in accordance with health and hygiene regulations and applicable administrative law. It is forbidden to bring pets into the swimming pool area and all common areas (bar, shop, toilets, etc.). We charge €4.50 per day for your pet.
